Real-Time Options Flow Snapshots are simply real-time snapshots of our options flow dashboard with different settings applied to give you a concise market summary without needing to log into the dashboard or mobile app.
Members can view the snapshot that best suits their trade style or receive a quick market overview by looking at the Equities or ETFs flow.
When are Real-Time Options Flow Snapshots Delivered?
Real-time options flow dashboard snapshots are delivered three times per trading day (delivery options below) with the same intelligence at the most actionable times (in Eastern Time):
- 11 am: Morning Momentum
- 2 pm: Mid-day Movers
- 5 pm: Daily Recap
On Saturday around 11 am, you’ll also receive our Weekly Recap.

Because we offer several ways to receive our snapshots, email is disabled by default. We don't want to overwhelm you with the same snapshots delivered to multiple places.
